About Todd
I have been active in martial arts for 30 years teaching Shaolin Kempo and Shotokan Karate. I have taught many generations of students from 3 years old to 70 years old with great respect and passion. Currently I am offering personal instruction in Sonora. I teach traditional martial arts focused on personal development over sport. Proper conditioning and correct technique builds health and self defense skills that will last.
Having the opportunity to help people realize their potential through martial arts.
I began training and never stopped. I began teaching as an advanced student and eventually owned my own school.
I have trained in several styles with a focus on teaching Shaolin Kempo and Shotokan Karate. I hold a 6th dan (degree) black belt and have been teaching for over 25 years.

First is our goals. Fitness, self defense, character development, stress relief, confidence are all parts of martial arts.
I have worked with children and adults of all conditions and levels of experience.
Know your goals and find someone who has a passion to help you achieve them.
I have had many opportunities to help people grow through martial arts from special charity events, women's self defense seminars, demonstrations and public school programs, but it is the individual that puts their heart into years of training to achieve their black belt that is inspiring.
