About William
I try to take a personal and thorough approach when teaching my students. I am not in it for the money, rather just another an experience to grow. I am a student myself, and I know how hard it can be. I am working on my bachelors in Computer Science right now, and I graduated highschool with a 4.1 GPA. Hope you'll consider me :).
Originally it was a friend from my local church who needed help in a class I had taken the year before. I enjoyed it and the extra money, so I started teaching more and more.
I have been tutoring for years, I did so in High school and am trying to in College. I graduated high school with a 4.1 and I am on the chancellor's list at my college. I have taken through Calculus 2 in math, Algebra based physics and Physics for engineering, Through Composition 2 in english, Biology, and Through World History. There's still a lot for me to learn. I Study thoroghly for each session.

In my first session I try to get a grasp of why the student is needing a tutor in the first place. I am informal, and hope the student will express to me any concerns or troubles they have in general. From there I will either folllow along what their class is requiring, working through a book, homework, subjects, or other materials provided. However if prefered, I can make my own cirriculum and work.
I have worked with students of in middle school through college aged. I typically do online, especially right now, but have done some in person lessons and work as well.
I believe good chemistry with a teacher is just as important as credintials. If you can't respect or get along with a teacher, it's hard to learn from them. Find someone you would be willing to learn from, and of course someone who knows the subject well.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Have I put any effort on my own before asking for help?
What is my main goal from a this tutor?
Who am I?
