About Rachel
I am a graduate from the University of Virginia. I studied foreign language and accounting. I am currently persuing a Masters in Legal Compliance and work full time as an auditor. I love what i do! I believe tutoring is just as much of an opportunity for me as it would be for the kids as staying on top of foundational skills is priceless!
It all started when my younger cousin needed help, it evolved into group facetimes with a group of about 8 other kids in her class and it seemed to be super helpful for them and I enjoyed watching them have the break throughs!
I have tutored for years both in person and online for kids ranging from elementary to high-school!

We just need to figure out how to convey the curriculum in a way that has not been done before and more so relates to you individually. I had a tutor for quite a few years and she was the the biggest help so I first hand understand how helpful this can be!
Mostly elementary and middle schoolers.
You WILL figure it out. Sometimes it is about just having it explained differently in a different setting. Everyone learns differently and that is okay.
I recently had the opportunity to intern with Ferrari, while the finance side was very coo, driving the Italia was even cooler!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Is it based on preparation or pace? When I took the calculus sequence, I realized early on that my starting issue was based more so on my lack of preperation for thr course so I had to backtrack a bit. However, as the sequence continued, I saw some of my struggle being pace related and I had to put in more time outside of class. Sometimes the confusion is due to misunderstanding of the past material and not necessarily the current material.
