About Clara
Hi! My name is Clara and I've been working as a math tutor for a while now with Varsity Tutors. Working with students has been a passion and I enjoy it when students finally start to understand that challenging math concept! I'm currently a student at UCF dual majoring in Industrial Engineering and math so math is a major part of my life and I enjoy sharing it with others.
I started teaching with Varsity Tutors which provided me a platform to start and then I started to branch out into tutoring directly.
Sophmore at UCF majoring in math and industrial engineering.

Typically, I like to hit the ground running by working collaboratively with the student on immediate problem areas and then adjust my process from there by taking student input on how the tutoring is working.
I've been with students from the ages of 15 to 30, usually on calculus-related material. Typically my students are juniors or seniors in high school or they're in college.
I would look for competent tutoring first and then second I would advise you to do it with someone you get along well with. If you're dreading every single session because the tutor themselves is grating then that's not going to be productive for you.
