About Marianne

Hi! My name is Marianne Fitzgerald, President of Brilliant Minds Learning & Leadership Center! I am a Palm Beach Atlantic Christian University alumna. Growing up in South Florida, I have been through the public and private school system! Over the years, I have seen and taken all the standardized tests you could possibly imagine. Everything from the early stages of the FSA and the newer stages, to the college entrance exams such as the SAT and ACT. All of which I scored very well on. For this, I owe a big thanks to my mentors and tutors! I firmly believe my success throughout my academic career wasn’t just built upon my efforts, but also the countless support I have had. After discovering I have two learning disabilities myself, Discalculia and ADHD, my mentors and teachers made it their mission to help me find which learning approach works best for my brain and how I would most efficiently process information. After this discovery, my grades and score instantly shot up! The support and guidance I received from my tutors and mentors is my ultimate WHY in starting this Learning Center. All kids deserve to discover new ways of learning that fit for them. Here at Brilliant Minds Learning & Leadership Center, our goal is to overcome the “one size fits all” standard of learning.

About the lesson

We create an engaging learning environment circled around progress and positive reinforcement. Lasting academic progress comes from confident students. We strive to keep pushing past obstacles and find new ones to challenge. Tutors teach their students leadership skills and attitudes that will advance them within and even outside of their academic careers.
