About Robert
I am a lifelong learner who believes someone who truly understands a topic can communicate it clearly and simply to their peers. Teaching has been an important part of my journey for many years. I graduated at the top of my class studying physics at Harvard in 2018. During college, I taught courses in the math and science departments, and I am honored to boast I received a teaching award at the culmination of my studies. After college, I continued my teaching work at the Harvard summer school where I broadened my expertise to computer science and engineering. I am currently a graduate student at Duke University in the engineering department, and teaching remains an important part of my education. Over the course of multiple teaching roles, I have had students and peers describe my style as patient, unassuming, and compassionate. I'm passionate about learning to understand. I have the ability to present ideas and concepts from multiple perspectives until it clicks. I believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to learning through visual, tactile, and logical practice. I look forward to meeting with you and being a part of your journey!
