About Jonathan

My biggest motivation is seeing the light bulb come on - it's a rewarding experience when confusing concepts or subject areas instantly become easy due to techniques I have developed throughout working with younger students to older students, interacting and giving seminars alongside psychiatry and neurological professionals and doctors, corporations and large enterprise seminars, to teaching my staff to be better. This is not a career that I chose; it chose me.

I want to be the person that gets you from point A to point C as quickly as possible - point B is where I learned all the lessons that I will be passing on to you in ways that you won't find anywhere else.

I was the kid that repeated 5th grade twice due to me skipping a grade, then not being allowed to move to 6th due to my age at the time. So my first year of teaching was my 2nd 5th-grade year to all of my classmates.

Summa Cum Laude Graduate, BS Computer Systems Engineering, 20 years of working experience in different industries, including building my own. Heavy emphasis on communication models and simplicity - in the end, it's all about communication - and ensuring the receiving student understands the message. I have worked with training, coaching, and teaching in vast environments.

About the lesson

Address urgent issues quickly and effectively. Students that continue to work with 3S will have custom-tailored coaching and teaching strategies applied along the way. Our approach is it's not a sprint, it's a marathon, and we measure performance and improvement per student. Our goal is always leaving the session with the student eager to learn more.

I have worked with High school through the College level, along with training adults in colleges and companies.

My strategies, however, are derived from brain growth and development, so I can work with K-5th grade and am VERY good with students who have short attention spans or are easily distracted.

I love the impossible cases!

Find someone you feel comfortable with but also understand good tutors will push you to be better - they will see things in you and bring out those traits.
