About Loison
I really enjoy seeing students pick up new skills. I also love when students are able to overcome something that was hard for them, watching them problem solve.
In my experience with teaching I have learned that I am a problem solver, creative thinker, and if I don't have the answers I will make sure to find someone who does so you get the help you need. l don't know everything but I work hard to support anyone I'm working with. Nothing in my life this far has challenge me more than working with students with disabilities in a self-contained classroom.
I love helping children reach their highest potential.
I've been teaching for 7 years. I have a bachelors in elementary education. Currently working on my masters in special education.

Before working with a new student I like to talk with the person who is most likely to do homework with the child. Then I do some general assessments.
I've worked with general and special education students from ages 2 to 10.
Be completely honest with whomever you're working with because if we can't identify the area of weakness we can't improve it.
Teaching kindergarten to recognize and spell their names makes me smile.
