About Yuto

I am a college Senior majoring in computer science and I love teaching others! During my years in college, I helped many students with College Algebra, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Basic Python, C#, Data structure, and SQL. I mainly tutor virtually and have a very flexible schedule and am able to offer a very cheap price!

I love getting know to people while teaching. It creates string connection and its also very fun to interact while learning!

I got into helping other students because I wanted to better my understanding of the topic and found out that explaining to others or teaching it the best way for me to understand as well.

About the lesson

When I work with new students, I like to asses students' abilities within the subject by asking a few questions regarding what they covered in class and look at their homework problems. This allows me to see where they are in class and their level of understanding of that subject. From there, I will go through a couple example questions to see their process of solving the problem. After that, I like to work with the students to come up with their own way of understanding the process and try to come up with the best steps to solve the problem.

Since I am a college student, I generally work with college students just like me. This will be my first tutoring experience, so I will try my best to adapt to any age level.
