About Edgar
As a math tutor with five years of experience, I specialize in tutoring students from pre-algebra to calculus. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from UC Davis, which has helped me develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and principles.
I have worked with students of all ages, ranging from kindergarteners to seniors in high school. When working with a new student, I take the time to get to know them personally and understand their unique learning style. This allows me to tailor my approach to their individual needs and goals, whether they are looking for quick and concise answers or a more in-depth understanding of the material.
I welcome feedback from parents and am always open to adjusting my teaching methods to meet their goals for their child's education. Above all, I am passionate about helping my students succeed in math and am committed to supporting them every step of the way.
