When I first came too my tutoring session. I hadn’t been in school in over fifteen years. In two short months Mrs. Mensah has helped boost my confidence about the knowledge I had retained and found new ways too help me grasp a better understanding on new materials. She’s very enthusiastic about teaching and helping in anyway. I searched pretty hard too find a great tutor and by day two I knew she was the one. I loved the one on one that Ms. Mensah and my daughter have. My daughter has Autism and she don't like working with people she does not know, but she loved Ms Mensah. She is a wonderful teacher. My daughter loves to do math now. She is actually loving math. She has come a long ways in such a short time.

Mrs.M has gone above and beyond for my son. When he started his tutoring journey he was so far beyond his peers in reading and math. Throughout his time he has grown to be an out going young man as well as having caught up to his classmates in the 4th grade as far as learning levels. Mrs. M has made learning fun and enjoyable that the kids don’t really realize how fast they are learning because they are having so much fun with the activities she creates for them. She and I had a goal to get my kid off his iep and he has since graduated off that program. There are so many wonderful things about back to basics but the best is Mrs. M she makes you feel like your a family.

I love that she takes her time with the children and my kids come home excited to tell about what they have learned. I'm so excited and they are too. I would highly recommend her.
