About Alexander
Hello, everyone! My name is Alex, a Healing Arts Practitioner, whose focus is to harmoniously combine spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental healing by recognizing their interconnectedness nature for comprehensive whole being healing. I am a Sound Healer & Energy Practitioner, Somatic Yoga Instructor, and a Ceremonial Space Holder. But above all, I am merely a guide to help others recognize and remember the potential we all have to heal in all aspects of life.
My work is individualized by combining Sound Therapy, Yoga, Somatic Exercises, Meditations, Breathwork, and Holistic Energy work to help guide you through your needs. We are all different and our needs are all different, and part of the individualized plan is finding what will work for your own journey.
