About Angela
I am a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and have been actively teaching since 2013. I have taught hundreds of individuals in my community as well as at corporations, small businesses, schools, support groups, and churches.
I know first-hand how meditation helps people feel better, sharpen mental focus, improve relationships and find their purpose.
Meditation is easy when taught correctly. And you can do it! All you need is your willingness to learn and then commit to a short daily practice. You will notice benefits unfolding naturally and effortlessly. But knowing about meditation will not give you the benefits - doing it will!

I learned to meditate in 2011 after a personal breakdown in my life. Meditation led me to a breakthrough and I've been meditating ever since. In 2013 I became certified to teach meditation to whoever wants to feel better and get better at life.

I encourage you to seek out a qualified teacher who has been certified through a reputable organization. Also, your teacher should be a meditator with a regular daily practice!
