About Gina
I help people slow down and come back to themselves. Through mindfulness and parts work, I support individuals in understanding the connection between the mind, body, and spirit — especially how trauma and past experiences can live in the nervous system. My work focuses on creating inner safety, meeting difficult emotions with compassion, and finding steadiness and peace while navigating life’s challenges.
