About Sabriea
My life mission and passion is to help people heal through unconditional love and non judgement. Heal through sound Bowl and affirmation meditation as you quiet your mind and let the frequencies of healing relax you on a cellular level. Then actually work through your challenges with varieties of simple yet POWERFUL worksheets that help you understand your triggers, de-stess, show gratitude and so much more! Guidance reading included.
I enjoy the fact that God uses me as a vessel to help other people. It gives me so much joy to help guide someone in the right direction. To love people. To give people the tools that make them the best version of themselves. I love turning challenges into lessons learned and darkness into light.
I got started teaching once I seen that I was able to heal myself, then my family members, then my social media followers, and then I had the confidence to begin teaching all I've learned, experienced, and researched

Consulate with me to see what areas you would like to work on (health, career, marriage, self care, parenting, trauma release). Once the direction is establish, I then select a guided meditation based on your needs. Then through simple worksheets, we work through the things that seem challenging and by the end of the session you gain a clearer understanding of how to handle life happier.
I have worked with a variety of people, ages, backgrounds, cultures and more. My students are very diverse.

I recently did a 3 day metaphysical fair where I set up my sound healing station and did guidance readings. I was successful with everything a d amazed at how accurate I always am
