About Dan
I have a naural gift for helping people to be free to the difficulties they face in their lives. You will find me very empathetic and compassionate.
I love to help people and will go above and beyond to help you to feel happy and to be free of whatever difficulties you are facing.
I am an 8+ year professionally trained Meditation teacher. I have been trained by an ordained Tibetan Buddhist Monk. I first learned to meditate 4+ decades ago. I have taught well over 500 people how to meditate and teach privately as well as groups of people on a daily basis. I also teach corporate Meditation classes in NYC.

Each Intro to Meditation class is 90 minutes. Within the first 15 minutes, we do a short breathing Meditation to relax the student/client and then we talk about what it is that brings them to Meditation. I typically get very good insight into the changes that the peron seeks and can help them to understand how to use Meditation to bring about the changes they seek.
