About Darryl
Originally started out as High School Track Coach, realize early( 1985) Speed & Agility applies to all sports! Continue on Coaching while developing a training routine that would foster sound bio mechanical applications consistently over a controlled period of time( 2 per weeks/8 wks.) Establishmenting as set of Faster26(FasterFeet)40 yrs. plus of Movements all levels, all ages above 8 recommended( it's demanding) National Certification(2016)
The personal gratification on the face of a young athletes face , achievement or fulminate of hard work then rewards! Pride and confidence in what I do & achieve through out training concepts.
Wow,Good question! First curiosity brought me to speed, I couldn't understand why we were defeated by others countries in track & field(1970's) therefore went to local library started researching and started applying those training principles to myself as well my childhood friends, early success fueled my desire to Passion for Speed & Agility for Life!😊

Well, just concluded a Speed & Agility Camp with the youngest group I'ved ever trained (6years) I prefer (min. 8yrs) Elementary, Middle, High, Collegian & Professional!
