Carlos is great with the boys. He teaches and challenges them by identifying their individual motivations and using it to challenge them.

I like that Carlos is extremely knowledgable and brings a lot of that to the table. He has the old school mentality and not everyone will get a trophy. Which is hard to find these days. He wants your athlete to be better and he will push them.

Areas that could be improved - Communication (Definitely improves year over year), Permanent Home (facility that allows you to settle in and you can have all your necessary tools.

Having my son work out with Nine O Elite is more than just working out with a trainer. It is an experience that could be life changing. The word Family is all I can think of. The way the trainers interact with the athletes and how the athletes become brothers and push each other. Even the older athletes step up and help the younger ones. Athletes that have gone on into college still come back no just to work out, but to be with the family. Carlos Chester builds personal relationships with each athlete that I know will last a lifetime. I would recommend Nine 0 Elite to anyone. I promise you will not find anything like it.

I love the way that Carlos talks and has motivational talks after each session. I can say that because of Carlos, my son is a very talented football player coming out of high school now in college.

Coach lo gets the kids ready for the next level. He makes sure they put the work in and not just show up. He is hard on the boys but not to hard. I love the way he has taken my sons game and elevated it. My sons IQ of football is way above the rest. Love working with coach lo and look forward to another awesome off-season.
