Students can subscribe to weekly full-hour of half-hour lessons. I offer every beginning student a single half-hour lesson at no charge. This is because of my commitment to making the harpsichord accessible to everyone. This free lesson provides an opportunity for the beginning student to discern whether he or she is interested in taking regular harpsichord lessons, as well as a chance to see, hear, and explore the harpsichord up close.

After the first free lesson, full-hour lessons are $50, and half-hour lessons are $30. 

Lessons may be held in a comfortable room free of distractions at my home in southwestern Dallas. Lessons at the student’s home or another location will incur a fee proportional to the distance I have to travel. I cannot bring my own instrument to lessons at a student’s home or another location.

Each lesson must be scheduled and paid a week in advance. I accept payment in cash, check, Apple Pay, or Venmo. If an upcoming lesson needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, I should be notified at least two days in advance. If I’m notified at least two days in advance, the lesson can be rescheduled at no charge. Rescheduling less than two days in advance will incur a $10 fee. If a student is a “no-show” to a lesson without warning me two days in advance, I cannot refund the payment for the lesson.



I can offer some financial aid if paying for lessons is a financial burden.
