About Michael
I've been doing parkour since 2012. I started coaching in 2015, and I've coached at 4 different gyms: Flip Force, Apex, Tempest and Vault PK. Right now, I work at Flip Force San Diego as the Parkour Program Director.
I won a few competitions and I've gotten a few students ready for competitions. Where a few won some prizes.
