About Ciera

I have a love for expanding the minds of our youth in the hopes to develop a better and brighter future. With my help I can help any student not only meet, but exceed their learning goals! With determination and hard work anything is possible. Feel free to reach out to me to set up a coaching plan.

I love connecting with my students to help create a comfortable learning experience. My goal is to aid my students in becoming more confident in their abilities to allow them to grasp the material efficiently.

I started tutoring my cousins while they were in grades K-12 then once I started pharmacy school I started coaching my peers in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy.

I recently graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN with a dual degree, a Doctorate of Pharmacy and a Masters in Management. During pharmacy school I tutored students in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy. I also have prior experience tutoring K-12 math students.

About the lesson

First, I like to gauge the students abilities by asking a few basic questions then I continue by making an plan. Once I create a customized plan for each individual student I discuss the plan with student and adjust it to each students unique learning styles.

I have worked with students of all grades and backgrounds. Each student is different and requires their own unique learning techniques.

Choose someone who is reliable, determined, and enthusiastic to teach. The rest is simple.

Recently I had the opportunity to teach one of my classmates how to counsel patients on medications. It was great to see them grow and develop their communication skills to help patients use their medications correctly.
