About Eddy
You are uniquely you. Bodies come from all different walks of life and deserve to be treated with respect and care. At pileddys, every session is custom designed to give you the opportunity to awaken the gift that is your body.
It is always inspiring to witness a transformation in a person's body taking place. When someone walks into the studio and is in pain and has run out of options, the greatest gift is seeing them enter into their new body, rid of past trauma.

At pileddys, we assess the individuals' past injuries and current restrictions and customize a workout to strengthen the body and increase range of motin through pilates techniques. If there are lingering challenges, myofascial trauma release is offered to the client for an opportunity to heal on a deeper level. Feel free to check out yelp for client reviews.
