About Betsy
I do Therapeudic Movement, and neuro-muscular retraining using Pilates, CoreAlign, Oov, Z-Health and other methods. I also offer Online integrated wellness coaching. I found my work through my own pain and problems and have been a student of the work for over 15 years and teaching for 11 years.
