About Becky
I am a licensed physical therapist as well as a certified Pilates instructor. I have been a PT since 2000, and a Pilates instructor since 2005. I love to introduce Pilates to new clients! Of all of my treatment taxonomies that I have learned over the years, Pilates is my strongest tool! I tend to see a majority of my clients one on one, but I do have the ability to teach duets as well. I have several pieces of Balanced Body equipment in an inviting, clean, and quiet studio. I would love to help you!

I discuss with every client their goals. I also perform a quick mobility, strength, and postural evaluation. From there I design each session individually for every client I work with.
