About Diane
Diane is a former professional ballet dancer and loves all styles of movement. She added Pilates to life in order to maintain the demands of performing, choreographing, and teaching. She continues to explore her interest in the mind and body connection by trying new modalities and meditation. Diane is also an ITT Pilates Integrated Pilates Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructor. She enjoys working with clients to develop and strengthen their own practices in the studio and at home.
