About Luciana

I am very detail oriented and extremely sensitive to my students' needs and patterns of movement. Having more than 18 years of experience teaching Pilates and more than that having studied dance and other forms of movement techniques and body awareness has allowed me to develop a highly intuitive and observant eye that zeros in on my clients' needs.

I enjoy helping people heal and feel stronger and more connected to their bodies and thus feel better about themselves. I enjoy the bonds that I develop with my clients and how much I am able to care for them and make a difference in their lives.

Pilates Certification

Extensive studies in Alexander Technique (Alignment and proper use of the body in movement).

Extensive Modern Dance, Contemporary and Ballet training.

Professional dancer and choreographer.

Extensive Yoga studies.

18 years teaching experience.
