About Michael
Authentic instruction from a lifetime student of the arts; Okinawan and Japanese karate, judo, aikido and weapons certified.
I was required to teach as part of my training. Everything I learned had to be passed to the next student down, and so forth. After graduating college with a business degree I found inspiration to teach as a career.
I hold black belts in 5 different martial arts and have trained continuously since childhood and taught publicly for the past 10 years. I’m a yoga instructor working with Fortune 500 companies and world class fitness providers and a personal trainer to fashion industry fit models.

We converse about how things are, how they can be and the best path to follow as we begin training. The more a student knows about their overall health, the better: physical condition, sleeping patterns, nutrition, stress and environmental risks (for self defense).

The price per hour is $80 and punctuality is a must. If travel distance exceeds 5 miles, travel time will be included in the cost of services provided. Discounts may be offered for class packs of 5 or more classes.
