About Sam
I come from 30 years in law enforcement and 40 years pursuing a lifetime of studying and training in several forms of martial arts, which have resulted in a thorough reality based system of self protection. Beyond physical training I show you how to understand your surroundings and how to use verbal skills and body language to prevent being a victim. These classes are very well suited for men, women and teens, along with special courses for law enforcement.
After serving my years in law enforcement with a history of teaching police officers in defense tactics. I decided that I needed to take my life long experiences in law enforcement and self defense and share them with others.
Obviously our society has become very challenging and I feel like people can benefit from my journey.

The student then moves at their personal pace as they feel comfortable.
