About Sway
I have been Coaching Krav Maga for about 8 years nowI am certified through Krav Maga world wide. I have my KMW level 1 and KMW level 2. Through the Krav Maga program you will be learning real hand to hand combat. Similar to MMA only without rules. Any strike is legal when it comes to self defense. You will learn how to fight standing up, ground fighting, and weapon disarms.
Building up my students up through Krav Maga is the most rewarding part of my job. Seeing them grow not only in their craft but as a person. With each session they leav with a little more confidence, awareness amd a little less stressed.
I am a certified level 1 and level 2 instructor. As a Krav Maga student I have reached my black belt. I have received my blue belt in Jiu Jitsu and my black and red belt in Tae Kwon Do

Starting off with fundamental striking and a basic self defense technique and see how wel they pick it up. That gives me a good idea with what I'm working with.
I have worked with students of all ages. Students with ADD and ADHD. Students with limited range of motion. Either from tight muscles or muscle imbalances and post replacement surgery.
