About Thomas
Learn authentic Wing Chun Gung Fu. Sifu Garza who was taught by 3rd generation Shaolin Sifu Eddie Chong and has been granted permission to teach. If u like IP Man movies and are a Bruce Lee follower then this art is for you. I have been studying this art for 26 years have been inducted to the martial arts hall of fame several times also the elite black belt hall of fame and was elected to teach the usa martial art team.

Wing Chun typical deals with close range combat dealing with short range powerful movements and is very effective . The idea is to move with simplicity for faster more powerful movements. This art was developed by a Buddhist Nun and made famous by Ip Man and his former student Bruce Lee. Wing Chun deals with self discovery of one's true self so you will be learning how to express yourself in movements rather than anger hence if you give into anger you can lose yourself
