About Mia

The way I work is all about creating a plan that is tailored to each indivudual student depending on THEIR circumstances, needs and goals. I've been singing for ten year now--crazy how time flies when you're doing what you love. My particular voice is suited for Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Acoustic. However; all voices and styles are welcome. Technique is technique, and it does not discriminate.

Hi!

I'm Mia. One of my favorite things in the world is seeing someones potential come to fruition. To see how their growth can boost their confidence and help them gain perpsective.

That's what I hope my students can come out of class with everday. I believe that the arts can transform. That is my ultimate goal. We can achieve that with a little courage, patience, LOTS of grit, and a burning passion.

I started in high school by causually meeting with my friends to practice for their MT auditions or show days. The feedback I received from them was overwhelmingly positive and I actually started to see a significant change in their vocal health and technique. Thats what prompted me to continue on this journey as a means to make money.

I am a college student, and as we all know, college makes some dents in our wallets! I created this page as a means to help me pay my way through college and support myself financially so I can lessen the financial strain on my family.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
For me, I welcome all questions. No matter what the question is, I think it is important for student to feel and be heard. That is how we build a sense of safety and trust in the teacher/student relationship.

If it is a question I have answered before, I would answer again, but then kindly tell them to start keeping a journal to jot down notes of things they'd like to remember.
