About Anita

I have dedicated my life to singing and performing, and it brings me great joy to pass along what I have learned by helping others experience this same joy. Encouraging people to find their true authentic sound and strengthen that sound in a healthy way so they can enjoy singing for their whole lifetime is truly my passion. I love to demystify the mind, body, and voice connection and help each student discover their potential. I strive to help all of my students reach their own goals for their singing.

With a unique certification that involves utilizing the Alexander Technique and Optimal Coordination, I have more tools at my disposal to allow me to help my students achieve greater freedom and flexibility in their bodies as they perform. As a general rule, I love to work with people who are truly interested in discovering what their voice can do and who want to show up and do the work consistently. My ideal student is someone interested in the journey and not just people who want a handful of lessons, and to be done.

Let me know if you would like to try a lesson to see if we are a good fit! I wish you the best in finding the best teacher for you!

About the lesson

First I want to get a sense of your goals and desires when it comes to singing. Then, I will ask you to vocalize some for me so I can hear your sound and see where we are starting from. From there, we can form a plan forward together to help you reach your goals.
