About James

I have been fortunate to use running and basketball as my outlet. As far as both I played both semi pro in the military. I know what it takes to help young people be able to the goals athletically and academically. I helped a young man run a 10.6 seconds in 100 meter dash with no experience and 3 months of training. Also he increased his vertical leap.

A young man told me he played basketball but needed a trainer so I just started training

Playing sports allows me to relate to training

Perfect! I liked his communication, dedication, and his passion for truly investing in the development of my child's skill. He really hits all areas in practice from drills to hand-eye coordination. I would highly recommend his services to any parent who really want to see their child's skill improve dramatically.

Working with Coach JB was great, he train me to reach the level by increasing my speed, agility footwork, IQ and so much more. He actually help me increase my speed from a 4.7 to a 4.3 in a matter of months. I have developed quicker feet and definitely help me become ready and prepared for the next level.
