About Janae
I have experience coaching and training volleyball athletes through both team coaching and private instruction. I have coached with Fort Bend Juniors and Carolina Sky Volleyball, where I have worked with athletes to develop strong fundamentals, improve volleyball IQ, and build confidence on and off the court. My coaching experience includes teaching proper technique, creating skill-specific drills, and helping players improve in areas such as passing, serving, hitting, setting, defense, and overall game awareness. In addition to coaching with club teams, I also provide private volleyball lessons that are personalized to each athlete’s individual goals and skill level. I primarily work with younger athletes, middle school, and high school girls, tailoring each session to meet their needs while creating a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment. My goal is to help every athlete grow not only as a volleyball player but also as a confident, disciplined, and hardworking individual.
