About Tracy
I use Naam Yoga technology which combines mantra (listening or singing),breath, and movement to uplift and open your heart. This combined with Divine Spiritual Wisdom and Universal Kabbalah as taught by Dr. Joseph Michael Levry makes for beautiful way to recreate yourself and the life you want to live!

•This is unique because it teaches you how to be a light unto the path...how to get to know yourself to be able to take the best care of yourself that allows you to help and serve your family friends and community!
My personal practice has helped me to be more compassionate which has significantly lowered my stress levels.
I also offer Harmonyum, an energetic healing system that restores you to your higher self with subtle movements much like a light massage but uniquely it’s very own modality. It is great for physical pain, and emotional balance as well which has been my experience.
I love to see people excited about taking another step in their life. Whether that is embarking on a personal development adventure or using this spiritual technology to navigate their life I just really enjoy seeing people realize their own power in their lives.
