About Jessica
Personal trainer that comes to you. Jessica creates an experience where fitness becomes a lifestyle rather than a chore. Exercise can be used preventatively; incorporating body awareness and physical activity into everyday life, which can lead to lower stress and an overall healthier and happier existence. By helping her clients find activities that interest them and by creating programs that are specifically tailored to each individual’s goals, she motivates her clients to live healthy lifestyles, to stay fit, and to prioritize well-being.
I love teaching my clients a healthier and happier lifestyle that works for them. It is so rewarding to see them reach their fitness and health goals. I want to reach out to as many people I can. I love my job.
