About Lainey
I love helping people explore their infinite potential through yoga, meditation, and energy healing. Guiding people to unlock their ability to improve their life gives me so much joy. In my 5+ years of doing this, I've seen so many transformations and it is beyond beautiful... And I would love to work with you too!

I have worked with students of all different ages and abilities.
