About Cynthia
Do you sometimes wish a personal trainer or yoga instructor would meet you where you’re at and then guide you to your optimal potential? Are you frustrated with not staying with a wellness program long enough to reap the benefits?
Yoga is more than a form of exercise. It’s a philosophy. It’s a way of life. I love teaching yoga, meditation and guiding people to meet their optimal potential.
After 20+ years of registered nursing, I decided it was time to align my career with my personal life of holistic wellness rather than an industry thriving on chronic illness.
I'm a registered yoga teacher, RN and professional life coach. I teach Atma Meditation, Hatha, Flow and Yin yoga. I love teaching individuals as well as small groups, in their homes, in studios or at world wide retreats.
What you seek is already within you. You just need to peel away the layers to find it, to find your Atma, your True Self.
