About Kathleen
After loosing 100 lbs at 18 years old and battling disordered eating and self image issues for most of my late teens and early 20s I have dedicated my life to helping people find balance and health. By approaching wellness from a comprehensive point of view I use traditional yoga practices, functional strength and cardiovascular training and detailed nutrition coaching to help my clients achieve their goals, feel well, and cultivate healthy lifestyle behaviors.
I have worked for multi billion dollar corporations as a health and fitness professionals for the past decade. Obtained a bachelors degree in kinesiology from CUNY Brooklyn College and pursue continuing education above and beyond the required amount.
My certifications include, NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, RYT- Yoga Teacher, CPR/AED and first aid.
