About Maya
Do you think yoga is not for you? Do you suffer from illness or chronic pain? Would you like a personalized yoga routine that could help you improve your health? I will come to your house and talk with you about your unique and personal needs and then we will create a yoga routine for you! Experience all the benefits of yoga while also paying attention to your unique body, needs and health goals! In addition to yoga therapeutics, Maya is also trained in psychotherapy and utilizes these skills in order to enhance each yoga session!

With a new student, I will generally speak to him/her on the phone to make sure that my services meet his/her needs. Then, I will send my intake questionaire so I can get more background information about his/her health.
I generally meet at the house of my clients. I will then go over their questionaire and then I will help them move through a yoga protocol that meets her/his needs.
Follow-up sessions will be arranged, if desired by the student.

Details
I charge $100 for 1 hour and $135 for 1.5 hours. I generally reccomend 1.5 hours for the first session and 1 hour for subsequent sessions.
