About Katie
Practicing yoga is an inward journey, through learning poses and awareness of breathe each student is truly living in the present moment. With continued practice, you'll see a whole new world not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Yoga is breathe. Literally for myself, yoga is life. I enjoy connecting with my students through this practice which also allows them to connect deeper with themselves.
