About Jenny
I am passionate about sharing yoga with everyone. I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with 12 years of experience. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance with 2 years of experience teaching yoga classes and training yoga clients. I am also an 85 hour Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher.

Ask them about their yoga style. There are many yoga formats. I teach vinyasa yoga. We flow through poses with our breath, but we also hold some poses for several breaths. I always teach to include all fitness levels, starting with a beginner version of a pose, and then suggesting optional versions for challenge and growth.
It’s a tie between my 2 new yoga classes: Tuesday evening 5:30pm Gentle Yoga class at Bothell Parks & Recreation= sharing a relaxing practice with new yogis, and Sunday 11:30am Prenatal Yoga class at Northshore YMCA= bringing together a community of moms
