About Maryna
My methodology of teaching unites in itself practice of hatha yoga, yoga flow, pranayama, qigong, methods of a somatic of Hanna and Feldenkrayz, the body-oriented therapy. All these methods give you the chance to learn, restore and even restart the organism; to change not only a physical state, but also to reduce stress, to revitalize and harmonize mentality, to independently remove mental blocks and that to treat illnesses which have arisen because of them. I physically and philosophically demonstrate, explain, and teach techniques, poses, and sequences at my classes. The gained knowledge from my training lessons will help to understand those processes, which happen to a physical and mental body.
