Started taking lessons with Whitney in the park and moved over to her new practice in the studio. She’s incredibly warm, friendly, and down to earth, and keeps it loose and fun during flow. I frequently have problems with my hips and back and will incorporate poses into flow to help with these areas, and provide tips and tricks to help get a deeper stretch. Check her out!!
