About KAREN
I help inspire others to generate direct experiences with their greatest Self. Together we build bridges to reach a state of awareness that allows you be free from the distractions of your mind to experience the pure essence of who you really are, not who you "think" you are.
When we use the "mind" to view who we are it's often clouded with filters, emotional history or story tracks that we've been engaging for years.
With movement (Asana or Yoga), breathe (Pranayama) and meditation we can access and find a way of just "Being" naturally who we really are!!
Through Movement (Yoga or Asana), Breath (Pranayama and other techniques) and Meditation, I bring a practical way for you to settle in deeply to your own awareness where you can find the answers to your most pressing questions and issues. This work allows you to live a life where you can respond more cleary, with greater discernment and a pervasive sense of grace, ease and peace.
I love to inspire and empower others. My greatest moments of satisfaction is helping others claim their fullest potential and seeing the dramatic changes in not only their physical health but their mental and spiritual elevation.
I love witnessing others stepping into freedom and happiness.
