About Tina
One or two lessons may set you on a lifetime practice that keeps you feeling happy in your body. Sometimes one session will uncover the root cause of pain and suffering. Others come week after week for years, learning and gaining deeper understanding of themselves.
Breathing together creates a connection. As I help guide people out of their heads and into the sensations of a more relaxed and comfortable body, I go there myself. Truthfully, it's selfish. I feel energized and peaceful every time I practice yoga with both private clients and group classes.

I start with a discussion about limitations they believe they have, then guide them through a very basic yoga sequence, adjusting as we go. This provides me with a basic idea of the client's needs. Over time, the realizations and personal growth unfold according to the individual's needs. Yoga is a wonderful journey into the self, into deeper levels of well-being, and I am simply a guide bringing different technological tools to the client.
