About Jessica
Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm trained in Vinyasa and Yin. I love teaching beginners and help new students achieve a practice.
I trained at Cambio Yoga 200 hour program and I teach at FitBody Studio and my own The Edge On Yoga.
I teach both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. A balance that I would love to share with anyone. I also am a Reiki Master and love to bring the warm embrace of loving energy to those around me.
Sincerely
Jessica Edgett

Before any work I meet with the student to gain an idea of what they need or want from their yoga practice. I need to know if the student has any injuries or surgeries. I need to know about medical conditions they have including any pregnancies. This also is a good time to set up sessions and clarify times, locations and dates.
