About Sophia
Guiding others to a healthy lifestyle are the most exciting moments especially when the client is empowered to own their style of healthy living. The freedom and satisfaction of my clients are success measurements that motivate myself and the client for sustainability.
My services include years of health coaching, wellness programming, yoga teaching, personal training, and nutrtion guidance. The client receives the satisfaction of full spectrum health consultation that is specific to them.

First session is discovery of the client's needs and goals through conversation and come to agreement on a plan that is easily accessible.
I work with a variety of people to include groups and individuals that present with everything from weight loss, chronic pain, fitness goals, prediabetes/diabetes prevention, and lifestyle balance.
Be clear about what you're wanting from a teacher/coach. Assure that there is good communication and understanding so that the relationship will support what you're wanting for your needs and goals.
Assisting yoga teacher training students to make up credit hours for testing out to complete their 200 hour certifications.
