If you are in treatment for cancer or are a survivor, you will benefit from practicing Yoga tailored to strengthen, increase flexibility, improve balance, lower inflammation, increase bone density and mobility, which are often challenges brought about by cancer treatments. Your mind will also benefit from a mindful practice and relaxation. A total body/mind practice for Cancer Recovery.
