About Thomas
Enthusiastic teacher who loves yoga and my students. One of the few male teachers. Dynamic presence .
I love connecting people to their inner self and with those they share their practice with. The energy breath and movement creates is real and tangible you will feel it.
I have a very active practice in 2016 I practiced 600+ times and did 342 consecutive days. I started yoga to improve my tennis game. From the first week I was doing 2-3 times a week it soon became 7 days a week and I want to share the energy and power I have discovered.
Through yoga you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

I like for my students to be open and tell me what it is they are looking to get out of yoga. Then I am able to better serve them. They will find I am a guide and their body the best teacher for themselves.
Tennis players, Stay at home moms, working moms, scoccer moms. Students who have concentration problems. Those with high stress jobs and those who have anxiety problems. Women and men age 16-66. Under twenty-one no privates are available. Semi privates or a parent must be present.
Look for someone who has their own daily practice those who forget to practice and only teach loose what is important in teaching. Passion.

I had no Idea how to get started in yoga and was afraid to go the first time. Thomas taught me about yoga and all the necessary poses and names. We I went to my first group class I was ready and it felt as if he was there withme.
Thomas has a passion for teaching yoga that shines through in his classes. He offers a well rounded class with options for all students, fun music, and dynamic sequencing.
Thomas is a teacher who is compassionate about helping others advance their yoga practice. He is an absolute joy to work with, positive energy and great knowledge of yoga foundations.
